Freedom Alpaca Lining
To celebrate its 85th anniversary, Agnelle asked the artist JIKA to design a collection of gloves to celebrate the longevity of the house.
"Let's trace infinity through the lines of our hands is an invitation to life, the strength to keep moving forward and remember how much we can do with our ten fingers to make this world a better place. When I wore the Agnelle gloves, I realised how much the feeling of the glove on my hands brings courage and protection. Everything seems possible and a new energy takes hold of us when we are well gloved!
Based on this feeling, I designed these talisman-like models symbolising courage, longevity and elegance - obvious qualities of Agnelle, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year. Lines of hands, lines of life, lines of luck, lines like paths or rays of light; I tried to express the field of possibilities that we have in each of us but also the forces of nature that through these models express themselves and instil us with will and serenity for this new mission 2022!
- Jeremy Kapone-
Sophie Grégoire was seduced by the graphic universe of the artist JIKA and gave her carte blanche to design this anniversary collection. This is how this glove with a dove, synonymous with freedom, was born.
After each use, stretch the leather in the direction of your fingers before storing it in its fabric pouch.
To shine your gloves, put on a glove and gently stroke the leather with the palm of your clean hand.
If a stain occurs, stretch your glove widthwise to pull the stain out of the skin and stroke the stained area with your clean thumb.
For fatty stains, good results are obtained with Terre de Sommière. For stubborn stains, take your glove to a leather cleaning specialist.

Agnelle, an intact commitment
The Agnelle ateliers were founded in 1937 in Saint-Junien, France’s “City of the Leather Glove”. The same craftsmanship continues to this day there, inscribing and galvanizing the Agnelle name in its time. For three generations, three visionary and determined women have transmitted the same savoir-faire for the production of the world’s most beautiful glove collections.
Agnelle remains to this day a discreet partner to the greatest fashion labels. In 2006, Agnelle was recognized as a “Living Heritage Enterprise”, and since 2011, Agnelle is registered in UNESCO’s “Métiers d’Arts Rares.”
