Description

The Tamary is a glove with two sides to its character. Chic, with its leather section and visible stitching. Relaxed, with its alpaca cuff. And extremely comfortable, with its alpaca sleeve and rabbit fur lining. Choosing the Tamary means choosing a casual style for every occasion.

The designer's opinion

The Tamary is my glove for weekends in the countryside and crisp mornings in town. I love the dialogue between the patinated leather, highlighted with visible stitching, and the alpaca cuff that rises gently over the wrist: there's something warm about it, like slipping on a favourite sweater. Inside, the rabbit lining wraps the hand in rare softness, and you happily keep it on all day. I wear it with a tweed jacket, a roll-neck and jeans, for a relaxed look that always stays polished.

Agnelle: A Timeless Savoir-faire

The Agnelle ateliers were founded in 1937 in Saint-Junien, France’s “City of the Leather Glove”. The same craftsmanship continues to this day there, inscribing and galvanizing the Agnelle name in its time. For three generations, three visionary and determined women have transmitted the same savoir-faire for the production of the world’s most beautiful glove collections.

Agnelle remains to this day a discreet partner to the greatest fashion labels. In 2006, Agnelle was recognized as a “Living Heritage Enterprise" and since 2011, Agnelle is registered in UNESCO’s “Métiers d’Arts Rares.”
