Description

The Agnyl glove charms with its bold, resolutely contemporary look. Crafted from lambskin, this women's glove is distinguished by the name AGNELLE, traced in fine perforations on the back of the hand: AGN on one glove, ELLE on the other, for a signature that is revealed when the two gloves are brought together. Its touchscreen fingertips let you use your smartphone without taking your gloves off. Its silk lining offers a soft, comfortable feel, for a look that is both graphic and refined.

The designer's opinion

With Agnyl, I wanted to inscribe the name of the house on the hand. The letters AGNELLE, traced in fine perforations, are shared between the two gloves and can only be read in full when they are brought together. A discreet wink, almost a secret, carried by supple lambskin and an exceptionally soft silk lining. This is a glove that asserts a personality without ever overdoing it.

Agnelle: A Timeless Savoir-faire

The Agnelle ateliers were founded in 1937 in Saint-Junien, France’s “City of the Leather Glove”. The same craftsmanship continues to this day there, inscribing and galvanizing the Agnelle name in its time. For three generations, three visionary and determined women have transmitted the same savoir-faire for the production of the world’s most beautiful glove collections.

Agnelle remains to this day a discreet partner to the greatest fashion labels. In 2006, Agnelle was recognized as a “Living Heritage Enterprise" and since 2011, Agnelle is registered in UNESCO’s “Métiers d’Arts Rares.”
